Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Account status incorrect. XXXX XXXX is showing up on XXXX and Experian twice reporting 149 to 180 days past due when the account shouldve been in deferment. I had filed for deferment for six months and while I was on deferment they were reporting payments as being missed. I had them backdate my deferment and the Representative did not backdate payment. So I have two XXXX XXXX that need to be updated or removed from XXXX and Experian. They need to updated the account as current or just remove it since it's from XXXX. They also sent me to collections with US Department of EDXXXX while I was in deferment or I thought I was supposed to be per their agent over the phone. The collection account is showing twice on my Experian report called US Department of EDXXXX and that needs to be update
