None. We have a security freeze with all the major credit agencies for myself and my spouse XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax. The complaint is only with Equifax. On XXXX XXXX We temporarily lifted the freeze on these accounts. We were unable to access our online accounts with Equifax, we called and spoke to a representative at Equifax to complete the order. We then spoke to several representatives about this access for our accounts. These conversations lasted over three hours on XX/XX/XXXX. We are unable to check our credit report or credit score or lock or unlock our accounts. We were assigned case numbers for this problem. Equifax stated that they would close the old accounts and reset for new ones as they were unable to recover the accounts. I was told to wait three to five days and check b
