Was not notified of investigation status or results. on XX/XX/2022 I sent a letter regarding my inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. This is a violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 621 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( duty to correct and update information ) I demand these accounts to be deleted immediately or i will seek litigation. remove all Fraudulent accounts as I have no knowledge of any of these accounts due to the XXXX data breach/identity theft and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.
