Reporting company used your report improperly. I got a auto loan from Creekside Finance in XXXX NC in XX/XX/2021. The car had problems since day 2. To get the car fixed I had to redo my auto loan in They broke down in XXXX and I told them the location of the car because they werent interested in helping me get it fixed. In XXXX they ran my credit twice without my permission then asks me if I got another car. I did not give permission to run my credit I involuntary gave my car up and still running hard inquires. That is not legal.
