Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. Since XXXX I was reviewing my credit report and a bank that I had opened in the past closed AND CHARGED OFF for an overdraft amount that is different from the balance that the XXXX XXXX is reporting to the Credit Bureau. This was a checking and savings account and there was NEVER A LOAN THERE WAS NEVER AN ACTIVE TRADELINE ON THIS ACCOUNT. and for years it continues to report a balance and CO when in fact this was a checking account. On XX/XX/22 I sent letters requesting a proper and fair investigation XX/XX/22 XX/XX/22 The account is CLOSED this means the account has not been properly verified. I provided proof and also followed up requesting that they look into this matter.
