Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (NY)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I have filed several disputes in regard to incorrect information on my credit report. Its been over 30 days. I have requested this information be removed from my credit report several times. They are in violation of the FCRA, Fair Credit Reporting Act. I did not give permission to put this information on my credit report this is invasion of privacy. I have no other resolution then to take legal action against Experian and sue them in Court. They are not above the law. They are preventing me from getting a mortgage. Subjecting me to high interest rates.
