Please refer to Complaint # XXXX and Complaint # XXXX - Please note that the response from Gregory Funding to these two complaints doesn't include a name and/or direct line to whoever wrote the letter, just telling me to contact their general number with any questions which is virtually impossible. As stated in the first two complaints it is extremely difficult to get thru to Gregory Funding, wait time to get thru to them is a minimum of 90 minutes. Sometimes a recording comes on and tells you that they can call you back, but they never do. This is my third complaint with the CFPB regarding my real estate taxes which are escrowed. My taxes were finally credited to my account with the City of XXXX, and I have been charged {$100.00} in interest and turned over to a collection
