Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud. I've been a victim of identity theft and have been suffering punitive damages due to XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$3200.00} on XX/XX/2015 this account is fraudulent. It has been reporting my Experian! I've mailed out an FTC report # XXXX multiple times without a resolution!
