None. Just today, XXXX XXXX, I got an email that I can no longer use their services and I can't withdraw my funds and need to wait XXXX XXXX for me to access my money. They reasoned out that I violated their policy where in fact I did not do any transactions for few days, so what is my violation? I did not do anything in past days and they will tell me that I violated their policy? The sad thing is they go ahead and cut you off immediately without giving any warning or clear reason. It is in any law that holding any assets or funds without proper reason and explanation to the user is absolutely illegal. Well I'm not asking to restore my account, just let me withdraw all the money from my account and we go in separate ways. But if you are generous enough I would be glad if you can restore m
