Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have ANY legal obligation to pay you. At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to ANY of the 3 credit reporting agencies ( XXXX XXXX and or XXXX ) this action may constitute fraud under Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative marks are found on ANY of my credit reports by your company that you represent, I need them removed from all 3 credit reporting agencies. I also need documentation stating you removed the item from my reports. This has caused me to be denied for credit, apartments and loans.
