Company closed your account. On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I reviewed my credit report The Macy 's account was closed on my report. I was concerned because i previously spoke to a representation on XXXX who told me if I made a payment of {$160.00} that my account would not be closed. My report shows on XX/XX/XXXX the account was closed. XX/XX/XXXX, a XXXX called from Macys again threatened me if i do not make a payment by XX/XX/XXXX that y account would be closed.
