Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have disputed errors and inaccuracies on my credit report via Equifax 's online disputing service on several occasions over the past few months and they have yet to be removed. I decided to actually call today, XX/XX/22 at XXXX and spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX # XXXX from Equifax XXXX XXXX refused to further investigate the inaccuracies I reported that I have already previously disputed. She also refused to transfer the call to a higher representative such as a manager or supervisor or a colleague to better assist me. She told me she could not transfer the call, but I could hang up and call back. XXXX was unfortunately rude and did not perform her duty in a respectful manner, af
