When I contacted the credit reporting agencies in regards to the prior information still being reported to my credit file, they assured me that the information being reported to my credit file was " verified ''. However, 15 USC 1681 they are intentionally and willfully being neglectful in remedying my affairs l 15 USC 1681e ( b ) assures that that I am due, promised accuracy on my credit report under federal law. 15 USC 1681i ( A.5 ) says that after the reinvestigations, all unverified information must be removed from my credit file. All of the accounts listed from previous disputes haven't been complete in a thorough reinvestigation.
