Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. On XX/XX/2022, I sent in separate, notarized and certified letters ( enclosed with my proof of identity including a copy of social security card, and Driver 's License ) requesting that all hard inquiries be removed from my Credit Reports to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX because I was unfamiliar with the inquiries and fraudulent activity was posted to my accounts. I have even called on several occasions confirming my identity confirming I was unfamiliar with the inquiries and that they were furnished without my knowledge and written consent to all 3 bureau 's.
