Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I made an online purchase at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for a new oven to be installed on XX/XX/XXXX but received notice it would be delayed to XX/XX/XXXX due to back order. My Home depot Citicard charged me on day of purchase rather than day of delivery in the amount of {$1200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and began accruing interest plus install fee for an item where delivery date is now unknown. I called CitiCard to explain that I shouldnt be charged until item is delivered and installed as paid for. I dont agree with charging the customer for items with no firm delivery date but rather when item has been received and installed with purchase paid for.
