Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as charged off every month. This is an update in the payment history which to my understand charged off accounts should NOT include an active payment history. Need I remind you this also falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. My student loans are showing up twice on my report. 1 They are consolidated into 1 account but its showing as 34 different accounts. The accounts have been transferred but are showing chargeoff. I have been going thru this for 2 years.
