Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — WELLS FARGO & COMPANY (FL)

Account status incorrect. Wells Fargo Bank is reporting a balance on a credit card that was settled and should be reporting a {$0.00} balance and showing settles. I have reached out to them and all credit bureaus and the item continues to be verified which is not true and they are literally breaking the law by not updating this. the Account number is listed as XXXX and it is currently reporting a past due balance of {$1400.00}. So I am also confused how a charge off can report a past due balance also? Especially after this account was settled on a recorded line with Wellsfargo and they took full payment and still have not sent me any correspondence in the mail about this as they promised on the call.
