Debt was paid. A bill for XXXX XXXX from XXXX for approximately {$340.00} was paid in full. Three times collection agencies attempted to collect this paid debt. Each time the companies had to remove the debt collection from my record as I don't owe the debt. Approximately a week ago, I was notified by my credit report companies that there was a new debt collection account on my record by a company called Convergent. I never received a letter from them to date. However they already put the account on my credit reporting as a collections account, thus tanking my credit score.
