Credit card or prepaid card — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (AL)

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card. Capital One XXXX card was compromised and used in states where I do not reside nor have been nor have connections in. Capital one fraud alert has closed and reissued new account and reversed charges to the card fraudulently, but also had bank account number and processed payments out of the bank account to the card. I am correcting the credit reporting agencies information but they require a report from FTC with confirmation of ID to proceed and correct reports or remove fraudulent information.
