Money was taken from your account on the wrong day or for the wrong amount. I had a charge from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$390.00} XX/XX/XXXX. The hotel was brand new with amenities. The hotel stated they hand an indoor pool which is the reason I chose this one because I knew we would be staying inside the whole time. The pool was not finished and that ruined our stay for the kids which made it miserable for me. I disputed the amount with the hotel and with Navy Federal put neither company empathized with me as I se we wasted our money. There wasn't anything I could do during our stay because my Fianc was in meetings the whole time and we weren't able to change hotels.The clerk at the hotel told me they were still under construction.
