Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have tried multiple times to fix an inaccurate account on my report with experian. XXXX credit shows an installment loan for $ XXXX which I never agreed to- did not buy anything for that amount. I have asked several times for Experian and XXXX to provide the contract showing my signature engaging in a contractual agreement for any product or service in the amount shown on my report. Its been over a year and they have not produced any such paperwork just keep saying its verified. I am requesting they either provide the contract showing my signature or delete the account from my report per the fair credit reporting act.
