Attempted to collect wrong amount. This collection of debt is incorrect. I have never received any notices from this company. I have photos & videos of this service being disconnected because of damage from a hurricane named Delta on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. The service was never turned back on because no one was living in this house. The house was moved off our property XX/XX/XXXX. This company was unlawfully charging me for a monthly service of electricity from the XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. I've contacted this utility company multiple times without any response. I've tried to dispute and have heard nothing back. I have tried logging into Convegents website and it always says information doesnt match.
