Was not notified of investigation status or results. I sent letters out to all 3 credit bureaus regarding items on my credit report that are not accurate which is a FCRA violation and you must abide by the law. All information I have provided in my letters is true and accurate to my knowledge. I am the one sending the letters and filing this complaint with no help from a credit repair or 3rd party. I know this is a violation of my rights due to the bureaus not providing a notice of dispute and for failure to communicate to me that I disputed stuff on my credit. I just want these accounts to be removed from my credit report immediately or I will take legal action and hire a lawyer. I am trying to purchase a home soon and these negative items are holding my score back.
