Debt was result of identity theft. This company refused to provide me with documentation requested due to identity theft but continued to report the false information on my credit report. Dear Sir or Madam : I am a victim of identity theft. An identity thief used my personal information without my permission to make the following charges that are indicated on the report : I have enclosed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report.
