Problem with balance transfer. I was offered a 0 % apr balance transfer offer online for freedom unlimited card up to credit limit. I was approved for a {$4500.00} balance transfer, I paid the {$220.00} balance transfer fee and received the funds. Upon checking my most recent online statement, it shows my promotion amount that is subject to the 0 % interest rate as {$1200.00} and not {$4500.00}. It also shows my interest savings payment as over $ XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX EST and spoke with a gentleman ( dont remember name ) who said that it looked correct on his end internally and to just disregard. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX EST and spoke with " XXXX XXXX who also told me to disregard and that he didn't want to confuse me with banking jargon and that it was
