Reporting company used your report improperly. XXXX XXXX reported my payments delinquent however they are in violation of my rights as I never provided this company permission to report our transaction to the credit bureau which is a data mining company whos inaccurate information is effecting my life and enabling me from purchasing a home for my growing family. As remedy I am requesting you remove ALL NEGATIVE reporting from all XXXX credit bureaus and report my balance as XXXX, as your company has already written this off of your ledger and your insurance company has made you whole.
