Deposits and withdrawals. XXXX switched banking partners from XXXX XXXX to New York Community Bank ( NYCB ). After this change was announced, I was forced to deposit my funds to NYCB because the external accounts transfer feature was not working. After creating my NYCB account through the XXXX portal on XX/XX/22, I initiated a small transfer of {$100.00} to an external account on the same day, XX/XX/22. After nearly 2 weeks, those funds have not been delivered and XXXX has provided no support in the matter. The customer facing agents say they escalated the case, buy my {$100.00} is still missing.
