Problem using a debit or ATM card. A J.P. Morgan Chase bank employee took my check in the amount of {$3900.00} that was a return of a good faith rental security check thar had been returned to me by an unethical con person. As a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX American, the Chase Bank employee wrongly assumed that I did not know how how to use an ATM machine and she processed the check after taking the check and my ATM card out of my possession.
