Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. It has been a battle going through all these and yet the Credit Bureaus have grown negligent of their duty to comply with the Federal statute, Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have been trying to correct my Credit File by asking the Credit Bureaus to remove the negative late payments from my Credit report since these information are misleading and inaccurate. I never missed a single payment and yet the Credit Bureaus are still reporting these accounts as late despite the fact that I never missed not even as single payment.
