Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have had an active Kohls credit card for years. I have used it and typically pay the balance in full. Over the years I have missed payments because I forgot to pay before the deadline or missed the statement ( in my defense Kohls sends so many emails ).
