Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/2022, I purchased a new AC unit for my home. I was told that I could finance this purchase and pay it over time. They said this would be a loan sort of like a care payment or a mortgage. I was not informed that this would report to my credit profile as a maxed out credit card and destroy my credit profile.
