Didn't receive services that were advertised. JP Morgan owners of Chase credit card and something called XXXX with XXXX bank were contacted in XXXX thru XXXX to remove and clear items posted by them on all my credit reports and public records. They claim I opened an XXXX XXXX Credit card account from Chase Bank and a XXXX gas rewards card through XXXX Bank started from and after XXXX and XXXX. I reported these as fraudulent as I do not have any association to neither institutions and have not applied for a chase bank card when I was in College in XXXX and it was denied due to no credit history and my XXXX background as an XXXX XXXX.
