Account information incorrect. I have tried to talk to the XXXX people which are called the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have paid off my account of {$130.00}. And the same with eauifax it is not showing that I paid it. The same with my XXXX account on my XXXX account I have paid XXXX and it it suppose to be taken off? Just when I paid my XXXX XXXX XXXX account it is off all my credit bureaus. Why is it so hard for these people to take off bills that we paid off? We try our hardest to get these off our credit, but your credit people want to linger on n keep them on there. This is no dang fair. And XXXX XXXX charges you {$59.00}?? To help you close acvounts they take more money then getting our accounts closed. More money n less accounts are closed. Charge extra for them in their pockets.
