Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I hired XXXX XXXX XXXX to move my belongings from XXXX to XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. When my belongings were shipped the container leaked. I received them in XXXX of XXXX and notified XXXX XXXX XXXX when I noticed the damage. They had me fill out a form and take pictures. The claim process took 90 days and it was denied because I didnt take pictures of the containers they were shipped in, which were already off of my property by the time I noticed the damage after unpacking. I called my credit card at that point and asked to file a dispute on a portion of the charge due to not receiving my property in the same condition it was shipped in.
