Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (TX)

Account status incorrect. I submitted a payment by electronic check to the bank I use for my auto loan and they sent an email stating there was an error and the payment could not be processed. I processed another payment by debit card. Soon after, they withdrew my checking account that I initially used. I disputed the transaction with my bank after I tried to let them know it was a payment that wasnt supposed to go through. Both payments were reversed and the company is reporting my account incorrectly. Ive tried to ask for leniency because Im getting my credit back on track.
