Sued you without properly notifying you of lawsuit. I joined the military and was unable to receive mail for 5 months and in this time I did not get any notification that I had a debt to be paid to Jonathan Neil and associates. During this time I was in the middle of an address change and started basic training. this means I did not have access to electronics of any kind or my home mailing address for 5 months at the 6 month mark of me being in the military I was finally notified by dot of Washington state that my license was being suspended due to unpaid debt towards an insurance company. This was the first I heard of this debt and even though I contacted Jonathan Neil and associates immediately after being notified by XXXX Jonathan Neil would not take the license suspension off my licens
