Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (CA)

Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a request for validation to the debt collector ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Although they sent debt collection notice and verification. They have failed to properly validate the debt is mine by XX/XX/XXXX which was the deadline to the 30 day validation window. I would like Experian to take the collection off my credit report as is my right under the Far Debt Collection Practices Act. ( FDCPA )
