Information belongs to someone else. To Whom This May Concern : I attempted to resolve this issue with TransUnion on two separate occasions, on XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Now, nearly a year later, the credit bureau has still not responded to my complaintsI, as a consumer, am not heard, but I am affected by their indifference. I am requesting help from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to resolve my complaint with the TransUnion credit bureau for failure to investigate, failure to respond within 30 days of my request ( on two separate occasions ), and failure to properly validate the process they used to prove that these inquiries are valid.
