Billing dispute for services. I was alerted in XXXX or XXXX that a private student loan was taken out by an individual XXXX XXXX. XXXX used my information without my consent, and listed me as a co-signer for the private loan. As a XXXX XXXX XXXX, we were told that re-payment of the loan will occur after graduation. I was notified of paying for a loan which was improper and I was then informed that I was the secondary holder for the loan. During this time, XXXX XXXX was the lender. I made the proper steps by filing a report and sending the information to the lender. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was notified that the loan payments were late. I spoke with the representative who opened another investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX, my credit score decreased by XXXX points. I was under the impression that XXXX wi
