Problem during payment process. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX continues to have major issues with its computer systems that result in customer inability to access account information and make payments. The system outages are frequent and impact the automated phone system the online system, and the easy pay system. Theres also a great possibility that our information is not secure during these outages. This happened in XX/XX/2022. And again today in XX/XX/2022. They also are not updating credit reports timely with balance information.
