Was not notified of investigation status or results. Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with Experian cutomer service asking for an Early Exclusion for an account that will be deleted ( fall-off ) XX/XX/XXXX. I Did Not state I was disputing any of the information that was being reported. The agent erroneously submitted a dispute for " inaccurate dates ''. I am very upset that this happened as the original creditor was sent a formal dispute on my behalf that I DID NOT initiate. All I asked for is an EARLY EXCLUSION. There is usually a yes or no answer to that question. I even sent them an email a few days later reminding them that I am NOT disputing the information, only requesting EARLY EXCLUSION.
