Debt collection — W&A Intermediate Co., LLC (TX)

Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. Im protected under the no surprise medical bills act. I have XXXX and I was unaware of this debt that was a surprise to both me and my insurance. My medical bills were sold to a debt collector without my consent and my privacy was violated under hippa. The company refused to send me a bill or itemized statement telling me what the debt is and where it came from. I was billed on 2 dates XX/XX/XXXX and my debt was sold XX/XX/XXXX. I was also billed XX/XX/XXXX and sold XX/XX/XXXX.
