Debt collection — Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. (AZ)

Debt was result of identity theft. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against Gurstel Law Firm PC for committing Identity Theft by deception and using deceptive forms. Gurstel Law Firm PC mailed me a letter ( see Exhibit A ) dated XX/XX/2022, claiming I owe a debt, giving me until XX/XX/2022, to dispute the debt. XXXX ( XXXX ) days later, I received another letter ( see Exhibit B ) from Gurstel Law Firm PC claiming that XXXX XXXXXXXX investigated my fraud claim and determined the claim to be invalid, giving me 15 days ( until XX/XX/2022 ) to submit additional documentation supporting my claim.
