Debt is not yours. Commercial Acceptance continues to report a debt to the credit bureaus which is not my debt, greatly affecting my reputation and credit score. The date the collection opened was XX/XX/XXXX and the debt is in the amount of {$980.00}. The Original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. This debt was proven not to be mine and removed by all 3 bureaus in XX/XX/XXXX. Commercial Acceptance continues to report it and the debt has now re-appeared on my XXXX report as of XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the original creditor and was presented with information which proves this is not my debt.
