None. On XXXX XXXX I received a notice of default letter from Fay Servicing LLC with a date on the letter of XXXX XXXX. XXXX days after that a certified letter of the same was put in my mailbox where no signature was even required. The letter is attached in this complaint. I also want to mention the investor of this loan is XXXX and I think they need to know about this as well. I was on a previous payment plan paying an astronomical amount of {$5500.00} a month. The plan was for 5 months. The last payment put me in default due to circumstances beyond my control. I never missed one payment over the 4 months.
