None. Telephone call from someone pretending to be from Bank of America Fraud department. Advised of a fraudulent charge which had been posted to my account. Convinced me that I had to immediately process a XXXX transaction to prevent the money being lost. XXXX transaction to a phone number that had been reconfigured to look like my own. XXXX. Bank of America claims that the money was transferred at my own free will. XXXX has no protection whatsoever even though both know the party that initiated the transfer. I believe XXXX XXXX should provide coverage and ensure full reimbursement.
