Credit card or prepaid card — The Moore Law Group (CA)

Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud. Some time in XXXX, or XXXX someone who moved into my former residence opened a XXXX card, the troubling thing is apparently the card was issued to a XXXX XXXXmy name is XXXX XXXX, I did not find out about this until XXXX, when I was looking at court records & there was a judgement against me that matched my S.S. number. I looked up the court case and saw the person they served for the lawsuit was not me, it did not match my physical description, it was way off. I was not even living at that address at the time, so it was impossible to serve me. So the creditor, Moore Law Group got the judgement, and apparently when 10 years pass, they need to renew the judgement, which the Moore law group did. I filed a motion in court to have the judgement
