None. I had a mortgage financed through XXXX Mortgage XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL that served me very well. Recently XXXX sold my mortgage to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC of XXXX, CO. I was notified of this change from XXXX on XX/XX/2022. XXXX even provided an address for Specialized Loan to send the XX/XX/2022 payment. I mailed that XXXX payment but have yet to be contacted via phone, mail, or email by Specialized Loan. As per the periodic statement rule of the reforms passed in the XXXX, I am entitled to a monthly statement from my new service provider, yet I have not received XXXX.
