Information belongs to someone else. I noticed a credit card account from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on my credit report with an address that I do not now nor have ever lived at. I filed a complaint with Experian report number XXXX on XX/XX/2022XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX response was that they were reporting accurate information, which is absurd since the address on the account is in Massachusetts and I live in Ohio. I filed another complaint through Experian report XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and received the same result. On XX/XX/2022, I called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX directly and after being on hold for an inordinate amount of time, spoke to a representative who had no clue how to resolve this and ultimately cut me off the phone line.
