None. Please note I am still in the pre-approval process for a mortgage and have not even started to view homes. I was contacted by an individual regarding my mortgage application and believed it to be a person from the company I was already working with. It was not and they charged me a {$500.00} application fee. Once I realized it was another company trying to scam me, I asked to have the application cancelled and the fee refunded. During a call with customer care, I was told that it was not an application fee ( since to my understanding is not a legal fee ).
